Best Improv Show | A Day to Remember Painting by Rick Jones "Allotropes are different structural forms of a single element, such as the allotropes of
the carbon atom: diamond, nanotube and graphite. I find this to be an interesting way to describe much of what I’m trying
to do, which is to take one formal idea and put it through the sea of other influences in my head and make new variations
out of it."

What

Cursillo is a Spanish
word meaning 'short course'. Cursillo de Cristiandad means 'short course of Christianity. When one speaks of Cursillo,
it is usually describing a 3 day spiritual retreat which revives the spirit and rejuvenates the church.

Why is Cursillo important? What good is Cursillo?
What does Cursillo do?
To answer these questions, look at these comments about Cursillo.
A Cursillo
is an encounter with Jesus Christ.
"The Cursillo Movement
is both a movement and a method. The purpose of the movement is to create small groups of Christians that will evangelize
their environments with the gospel spirit. The purpose of the method is to help persons live what is fundamental for being
a Christian by committing themselves to the spiritual aids the church offers in order to grow in holiness, formation and evangelization". -- "The Pilgrim's Guide"
The goal of Cursillo
is the goal of the Church: to bring all to Christ. This is done when informed, trained leaders set out with the support of
others having a similar commitment.
It helps to renew and deepen Christian commitment.
The goal of the Cursillo Movement is that Christ be the prime influence in society. So it is said the PRIMARY OBJECTIVES of
the Cursillo Movement are to develop in adult Christians a consciousness of their ability and mission to become leaders in
the work of Christian renewal, and to sustain them as they provide a Christian leaven in civic, social and economic life.
This "Christianizing of environments" is what the Cursillo Movement is about.
A deeper understanding of the teachings of Jesus and how we can serve Him.
A highly structured, purposefully designed method for refreshing the faith of individuals and, through those individuals,
the environments in which they live and work.
Cursillo is simply a method
through which one's spirituality may be developed, lived, and shared in any area of human life.

(sometimes abbreviated to PK) or l'art du déplacement
(English: the art of movement) is an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly
as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body.[2] It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be
anything in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls—and can be practiced
in both rural and urban areas. Parkour practitioners are referred to as traceurs, or traceuses for females. Founded by David Belle in France, parkour focuses on practicing efficient
movements to develop one's body and mind to be able to overcome obstacles in an emergency. Stay turned for the new stage show PARKOUR!
