Set in Damon Runyon's mythical New
York City, this Broadway classic introduces us to colorful characters who have
become legends in the canon: Sarah Brown, the upright but uptight
"mission doll," out to reform the evildoers of Times Square; Sky
Masterson, the slick, high-rolling gambler who woos her on a bet and ends up
falling in love; Adelaide, the nightclub performer whose chronic cold is
brought on by the fact she's been engaged to the same man for 14 years; and
Nathan Detroit, her devoted fiancé, desperate as always to find a spot for his
infamous floating crap game. Everything works out
in the end, thanks to the twists and turns of the hilarious, fast-paced book which takes us from Times Square to Havana to the
sewers of Manhattan, with a bright, brassy immortal score. Exuberant,
irreverent and lighthearted, Guys And Dolls is
considered by many to be the perfect musical comedy.

Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's
groundbreaking "rock opera" changed the face of musical theater when
it debuted on Broadway in 1971. Telling the story of the last seven days in the
life of Jesus, "Superstar" dramatizes Jesus' entry into Jerusalem,
the unrest caused by his preaching and popularity, his betrayal by Judas, the
trial before Pontius Pilate, and his ultimate crucifixion. This production was one of the most
successful productions in the history of The
Sands Theater Center.

Norman Rockwell's paintings seem to spring to life before
your very eyes in the holiday musical, "The Christmas Post"! It is
December 24th, 1947 and the streets of Homesboro, Indiana are bustling with shoppers, carolers,
and Newsies hawking the Christmas Eve edition of The
Post. There is excitement in the air and a sense that anything can happen. And boy does it! Remembering the days when The Saturday Evening
Post found its way into American homes and hearts, this Broadway style
musical is fast and fun, yet offers a clear message of the true meaning of
Christmas in its entertaining dialogue and drama. The Christmas Post
takes the audience into a world of ordinary Americans who, just like people
today, need to rediscover their faith in Jesus and be
reminded of what Christmas is really all about.
