Production by Dewey Chaffee Enterprises, LLC
Joined cast in March 2008 (Maestro’s performances based on

Elizabeth Maupin writes: Wayburn Sassy and
his cohorts don't do things the proper way. Most performers know not to make
rude jokes about Kwanzaa, or terrorists, or the blind. Most performers know not to go out into the
audience and try to sit in a theater critic's lap, only to stop when said
theater critic and her friend Jill are desperately whispering, "Don't do
it! Don't do it!" But then most
people don't have a personal wet nurse. And most people don't call their show
The Screw You Revue. It's hard to tell
you much of anything about The Screw You Revue without offending somebody or
other. Certainly we have readers who are already offended by the title (I can
hear my voicemail messages now), and those same folks would be offended by the
fact that Wayburn gives the audience the finger whenever somebody groans at one
of his especially noxious jokes. Certainly there are people who will be
offended by Nurse Gracie's habit of admiring her breasts in the Glo Lounge's
overhead mirrors or by Wayburn's habit of blasting anybody who's black, or
deaf, or gay (especially gay). And Wayburn himself may be offended by the fact
that his hair can be described as Bozo-the-clown-gone-white and his bushy
eyebrows as resembling malnourished white mice.
It's no good giving away Screw You's best gags, but you can rest assured
that Wayburn Sassy is mad at everybody: "I'm not here to preach to you,"
he tells somebody in the audience, "but you know you're going to
hell." Elizabeth Maupin can be

It is the rare
musical theatre aficionado who doesn’t have a soft spot in his heart for this
intimate show, considered by many the most charming musical ever written. Georg and Amalia are two feuding clerks in a
European parfumerie during the 1930s who secretly find solace in their
anonymous romantic pen pals, little knowing their respective correspondents are
none other than each other. Funny, intelligent, honest and sentimental, “She
Loves Me” is a warm romantic comedy with an endearing innocence and a touch of
old world elegance and nostalgia, yet as universal and relevant as ever in this
age of internet romances.

The story of a marriage is at the center of this intimate and nostalgic
work by Harvey Schmidt and Tom Jones, the authors of “The Fantasticks.” The
show begins with Michael and Agnes on their wedding day and traces their life
together over a period of 50 years, until the day they leave their house to the
next pair of newlyweds. In that time we watch them go through their wedding
night jitters, raise a family, negotiate mid-life crises, quarrel, separate,
reconcile and grow old together, all lovingly to the strains of a tuneful,
charming score which includes the standard "My Cup Runneth Over."
