Ghostlight Theatre Ensemble names Timothy, Music Director. "...our personal Superman. He stepped in a day before we opened & knocked the show out without missing a beat. Ghostlight Theatre was formed in November of 2004 by Orlando actors Karla Sue Schultz, Meggin Weaver, and Brandon Roberts. Perhaps by happenstance, the three of us found ourselves in the right place, at the right time, with the right people. So, then we needed a name... A ghostlight is a standing lamp, typically left in the center of the stage once a theatre has closed at the end of the day. It provides the next person in the theatre a means of seeing their way in the darkness. This symbol of optimism and encouragement was one that we all feel represents what theatre is to us, and what we hope to bring to everyone with whom we cross paths, onstage and off.
